Daphne Ho, Food Network Cake-Off champion, award winning cake artist and sugar art instructor. She was a cabin crew with Emirates Airline and lived in Dubai for 3 years. Those 3 years in Dubai inspired her to dig into the world of cake arts. In 2013, she moved to California where she has turned her hobby into a career. Now she focuses on bringing beautiful desserts into everyone's life and teaching the art of cake decorating in San Francisco and all around the world.
